We are always delighted to welcome audience members to our performances. The safety of our guests, musicians, staff members, and volunteers remains our top priority. As of July 5, 2023, we have updated our safety protocols as outlined below. We will continue to monitor and be guided by the recommendations of the CDC and the Washtenaw County Health Department and may adjust these policies as appropriate.

MASKS

We recommend, but no longer require, audiences to wear a mask inside our venues; we are fully supportive of individuals who choose to continue masking inside our venues.

PROOF OF VACCINATION

The A2SO strongly recommends COVID vaccinations but no longer requires guests to show proof of vaccination or a recent negative COVID test to enter our venues.

Pioneer High School Choirs

The Ann Arbor Pioneer High School A Cappella Choir is one of four curricular and nine extra-curricular choral ensembles at Ann Arbor Pioneer High School, the 2006 & 2011 National GRAMMY® Signature School. The A Cappella Choir has performed at the American Choral Directors Association Central Division Convention (2014), American Choral Directors Association Michigan State Convention (2014 & 2018), Michigan Music Conference (2013 & 2018), and Michigan Youth Arts Festival (2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 & 2017). In 2014 & 2015, they were selected as an Outstanding Choir and featured at the Gala Concert of the Michigan Youth Arts Festival. The Pioneer Choirs have collaborated with the Ann Arbor Symphony Orchestra and the Detroit Chamber Winds and Strings.
